This brave boy is stitch free now! Actually its been a few days but they are out and he was so brave. He wanted Brent to take him and at first I was a little sad because I wanted to be there to comfort him but it was probably better. Especially since I held his head the whole time last time and almost lost it several times. He probably could feel that mommy was a nervous wreck thinking about it. Colin came home so relieved. It was like a huge weight had been lifted and our happy boy was back again. Brent said Colin was very brave but halfway through said "daddy lets whack the doctor and run!" So glad its done with. But considering he was out jumping off the roof of his climbing thing in the back yard this is only the beginning.

i can't believe he knows the word "whack" - been watching lots of Sopranos lately?

haha nope - i have no idea where he got that word. but he used it pretty good. The only think i can think of is when he lies down next to joel and joel is moving his arms i said once "opps joel whacked ya!" when he got hit.
I laughed too at the Whack the doctor and get out of here statement... so funny! Praise God it is over and he is joyful again!
