We are still recovering from a nasty stomach bug Joel shared with the rest of the family. He started throwing up Saturday night and then spent all day Sunday throwing up. All over walls, cribs, bumpers, you name it. But after throwing up he was fine. Ran around like normal. Then on Monday night I came down with it and woke up Tuesday to Brent and Colin sick. The rest of us weren't as happy in between throwing up. Poor Colin got it the worst. He looked pretty pathetic laying on the couch all day. I hate throwing up and will do anything to not throw up. At one point Colin is puking in the toilet and I'm standing next to him rubbing his back and puking too from watching him puke. Oh the fun. I became a human shield to protect the couch and carpet from being hit - not the most glamorous part of parenting and probably one of the worst parts. But we are all starting to feel better. And hope it doesn't come our way for a long long time - at least until the boys can make the toilet in time.
