This little guy is now 6 months old!  Its hard to believe.  He has 3 teeth now, is obsessed with the vacuum, and scoots everywhere.  (his scooting is what we refer to as "wounded soldier crawl) He also has to sing himself to sleep.  He is now 15 lbs 12 oz and 27 inches long.  He is in the 25% for weight and 75% for height.  His head shrunk 1/4 cm which could be from measuring wrong last time but since its definitely not any bigger we have to go back in a few months to get it checked out.  But the fact that he is hitting milestones early doesnt give the doctor or us too much concern with his head not growing... yet.  He even has said "mama" several times.  Genius! The doctor asked how he responds to peekaboo and I hadn't even thought about playing it with him yet so we tried and he LOVES when Colin plays it with him. Laughs and wants more.  When I do he gives me a blank stare. Joel has also started sitting up by himself for a few minutes - until he plops over. He has no interest in baby food and just wants whatever we - or more importantly Colin - is eating. He is such a joy and growing too fast.

 Joel tries so hard to scoot over to you but if he doesn't get to you fast enough he will give you this look so that you go over to him and pick him up.  Smart kid because it works everytime.

And speaking of big brothers... this is my favorite combination of clothes that Colin wears now.  Haha I love how he dresses himself and he was so proud of this outfit.
