Then we went with friends to the Christmas Village CBN and Regent was putting on. It was really fun. They had tons of things for the kids to do and lots of fun rides. We only let them do one ride because the lines were long but there was so much for kids to do that not one kid complained.
David, Heathers husband, stood in line for a long time for us to go see Santa
Norah had a very important question she wanted to ask this Santa. See we finally got an elf on the shelf and our elf, Mr. Peppermint, has been having lots of fun this Christmas season. Norah asked Santa if he knew what our elf's name was.
I think she thought she had stumped him but he didn't miss a beat and said that he knew their elfin name and in fact he has so many elves in the North Pole that he numbers them and ours was number 173. And then he asked Norah what we named our elf because when we name the elf that's what gives it the magic to move.
Don't lets Joel's face fool you - it was a really fun night!
And then we saw Santa again for another breakfast!
Norah's best friend from school had Santa come to her house!!! That was a really fun morning.
And the funny thing is I think the only time Norah asked Santa for anything was at Madeyln's house where she asked for an American girl doll. Norah was trying to get Colin to ask for a phone since Mommy and Daddy wont get him a phone yet. But Santa at Norah's school said that he doesn't give electronics without parents permission so that was a good Santa.
Oh and I can't forget about the creepy Santa at Colin's school!
