Norahs favorite part is the snow machine. We are hoping that's not the only snow we see here this winter. Norah especially has been doing snow dance after snow dance so she wont have to go to school!
On Christmas Eve Norah and Grandpa tracked Santa all day. She would ask constantly where Santa was.
We spent Christmas Eve at Dickens Christmas Towne at Nauticus in the morning. Colin read A Christmas Carol in English class and then went on a field trip to watch the play. So I thought he would get a lot of the references he hasn't noticed before. We then made it right on time for the Christmas eve service at church.
We went a little overboard with the snowglobe at church. Ha! Mom and Dad weren't surprised.
And played "This is a what" Actually I'm not sure what the correct name of this game is but I remember playing it a lot when we went to Nebraska. Grandpa taught the kids and Norah picked it up quicker than the boys. And I'm not sure Brent ever did figure it out!
Cookies and notes were left for Santa and then we all snuggled on the couch to watch old family videos. Isaiah talks and acts JUST like James at that age!
Santa came and was really loud and noisy. He dropped a few things, went outside and then came back in. But the kids never woke up so that was good. He took the notes, ate the cookies, and the reindeer ate the food Norah had left for them.
