Squirrels Game

Last Friday the kids and I went up to Richmond for the weekend. Sarah's work was putting on an event where they tailgated at the office and then walked over to watch the Richmond Flying Squirrels Game.  The kids had a blast playing with all the other kids and I think Norah had two cotton candys and two snowcones at Ant Ants work.  And I'm pretty sure thats all she ate for dinner that night!

Daniel used to be Sarah's neighbor and this was his first ever baseball game.  He's from Africa and the nicest guy.  Colin stuck by him and explained the whole game to him.
We had great seats.

Joel made friends with Amy's new kids.  Amy - in the middle below, just got married to a man with three adorable kids.  It was fun meeting the kids and I'm glad they all hit it off.

Norah kept trying to get the players to throw her a ball.  Each time the players changed sides they would toss a ball to one of the kids.
These girls were instant friends and had fun together all night.  That sweet girl's name is Abigail :)
She got a ball and she is very very proud of this baseball.  Norah was standing there among a bunch of boys and Colin said she had an advantage of being a girl and really cute.

It was a fun night.  The kids did great even walking back to Ant Ants work and not getting to bed until midnight.
