There were extra tickets for the VT/UVA game so Colin and I went with mom and dad to Blacksburg. It was really really cold but I was so excited to take Colin to a night game in lane stadium.
Brent stayed back at the farm with Joel and Norah and we stayed the night in a hotel after the game. Colin loves hotels and it's fun getting away with just him.
The UVA fan behind us wasn't impressed at all with the game. Haha!

It got really cold and around the 3rd quarter and was also 11pm so asked Colin if he wanted to go to the coliseum to sit and get warm but he said he was staying until the end. (Proud of him for staying) The 3rd quarter was also where Colin told me night games weren't as exciting as I said. And at that point it wasn't but 4th quarter turned around and the game came down until the last 12 seconds and the whole stadium was going crazy when we won. Colin said that it was amazing and the game was his favorite part about thanksgiving. And that I was right about night games.
Well worth it indeed.
